Physiological Reactions to Women’s Experiences of Stress Study (P.R.O.W.E.S.S.)

Summary

This study will examine the physiological correlates of intimate partner violence (IPV) and gendered racism among heterosexually-active African American women. Women will report IPV and gendered racism, sociodemographic characteristics, health history, and heart rate variability using a smartphone app at two timepoints one-month apart.
