This study will adapt an existing trauma-informed peer navigation and support group intervention for Black women who are eligible for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) in Baltimore. Implementation outcomes will be evaluated using surveys with clinical staff, pre- and post-randomization surveys with clients, intervention costs, and fidelity monitoring.
