This study will adapt an existing trauma-informed PrEP Implementation Toolkit to the unique implementation contexts of community healthcare clinics and outreach programs in Baltimore. Implementation and service outcomes and clinical outcomes will be evaluated using clinic aggregated data and focus groups with clinical staff.
